3. Administrative land issues: to understand & resolve accordingly. (Commercial and office strata)

4. Technical studies. E.g.: Fire escaperoutes etc yet to resolve.

5. Design statement & concept for overall.

What to try next?

- With new design statement of "Path that connect the sparks"

- to make the offices and other spaces wrap to the core linking by circulation. From there get the form.

- Give a better name to: Office, Facility hub, Landscape ---> Passion Area, Re-charge spots and Inspiration Green.

- Technical concern: Fire and land matters.
