Startup, a new type of interactive collaborative office was required in dedication to the incubation of technopreneur startup community in Technology Park Malaysia (TPM). The centre was designed to serve as venue for vibrant technopreneurial activities. Most of the technology centre does not focus in enhancing collaborative activities in the working environment. The connectivity is lacking within the technopreneurs community with the public and within themselves. Design solutions should not only cater for quality of work space but also to emphasize interactive collaborative environment. There is a need to investigate the criterions of collaborative environment to pursuit interactive connection between technopreneurs, vendors, investors, consumers and support bodies through collaborative spaces. The aim is to propose a Technopreneur Startup Centre by: enhanced collaborative environment, possess strong connection to the context situated in Bukit Jalil, and comprehensive design of technopreneur complex. The research was done by physical observation and survey questionnaires. The significance of this study is to understand healthy, active and collaborative environment for technopreneur community in pursuit of interactive connection between technopreneurs, vendors, investors, consumers and support bodies to assist in proposed design of Technopreneur Startup Centre. Ultimately, this will finally produce more collaborative environment in technopreneur centre.
