4. Design to be confirmed by week 1-week 3.

7. Identify a place to cut a detailed section study.

1. Do a GrabTaxi Gallery or Info Center because it is too big to have an office in this center. 

- Done studies on existing office but agree to setup gallery.

2. Sterile. (Lacking in imagination, creativity, or excitement; uninspiring or unproductive)

- Noted. To finalise my overall design before proceed with detail interior studies and creative office space.

3. Check gradient for fire appliances. - Checked 1:15 for access required. 1:8.3 for access road. 

4. Revise boom gate location to be more friendly to the users. -Noted.

5. Central and pleasant prayer room. -Noted.

6. Potential to create stack effect. -Agree and noted.

7. To create a guard house. -Agree and noted.

8. Create riders parking.

9. Create a warehouse tower. - Don't agree to create a lot of offices that required warehouse. Identified two tech companies. Tower for form and contextual response, yes.

10. Categorise and re-identify achor tenants. -Agree. Remove the 5 tenants identified earlier and replaced with the tenants into 2 categories: mobile internet without logistic and mobile internet with logistic service.

11. 7-8 floors development.

12. Space for delivery cars and trucks.
