1. Urban approach: BRT bus for transportation and Tropical approach for pedestrian walkway. - Noted. To add in this consideration after design is firm.
2. Design the main entrance for VIP. Refer business park or technology park. - Noted.
3. The retail should face the courtyard for active frontage. -Noted.
4. Add green features. -PV panels, green wall

1. This design explored with change in form and follow the existing landscape as contextual response.
