- DBKL Guideline: Not applied forJalan Taman Teknologi, but architecture wise to follow. For 20' side road, 5' furniture zone (Landscape); for 40' front road Jalan Taman Teknologi, 6' furniture zone (Landscape).
Action:
1. This design explored with new VIP parking for drop-off and pedestrian link to building, while optimise the good view with the context.
2. Next, to explore the form to reduce the compact feeling with IRIS, while cultivate the view to city and TPM comminuty.
3. Create a clearer idea of: Tech Office <---> Facility Hub <---> Community
